Job Description : INTERNAL AUDITOR DUBAI FOR HOTEL 20 years experience with salary of upto 40K USD Performing the Internal Audit to Improve the Operations and Structured approach to Risk Management, Control and compliance and Governance successful candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and International Accounting Standards and GAAP. Analyzing business policies, processes and procedures Defining audit objectives Deciding the nature and extent of the audit procedure Stating final opinions and conclusions Reporting and distributing findings to the management Responsibilities: Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc Prepare and present reports that reflect audit's results and document process Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement. Ensure that the organization is complying with relevant laws and statutes Protect against fraud and theft of the organization's assets Make recommendations on how to improve internal controls and governance processes Identify Non-Compliance and Risk aversion measures and Cost Savings. Maintain Document Process and prepare audit Findings Memorandum, conducts follow up audit to check. UpToDate in Regulations, Best Practice, tools and Techniques and performance standards. Required Candidate profile Young CA or CA Inter with 10+ years experience in any hotel/restaurant (Mandatory) in audit field as internal auditor and 15-20 years audit experience over all Job involves travelling in GCC on audit assignments. Should be very good in communication as job involves reporting to senior management and Board on various audit findings.
