Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO DUBAI Responsibility: 1) Manage the company’s financial planning 2) Plan and perform risk management duties 3) Analyze and manage the organization’s liabilities and investments 4) Plan, implement, and manage investment strategies 5) Manage fundraising plans and capital structure 6) Determine finance KPIs 7) Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable 8) Supervise finance personnel such as controllers, financial advisors, financial consultants, and treasurers. 9) Manage and retain relationships with various OEMs/Partners/Vendors. 10) Prepare and present financial forecasting reports 11) Adhere to the law and company’s policies Experience: Previous working experience as CFO 15 -17 Years /Finance Manager 8-12 years. CA /ICWA or MBA Finance. Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law. Hands-on experience with risk management. Hands-on experience with financial management software. Excellent time-management and organizational skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills· Problem solver and critical thinker mindset
