Job Description : TRADE MARKETING MANAGER DUBAI Job Responsibilities Leads development of the Trade Marketing Strategies to achieve the defined business objectives. Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of marketing programs to improve market share Ensure alignment of program developments with cross functional departments. Gathers market information and use it to develop relevant programs for the customers. Implement strong trade marketing plans with strategic retailers across all channels. Creation and delivery of marketing materials & content, particularly producing effective point of sale material to drive brand/category/product awareness. Analyze market dynamics, trends and track competitor' activity (e.g. NPD, promos, marketing activities including digital/social media). Ensure best practice sharing within the business of Trade Marketing initiatives. Have full ownership of the trade marketing budget. Develop new business strategies &work on new initiatives. Required Qualifications Demonstrable success as a Trade Marketing Manager, plus minimum 8 years' experience in a commercial FMCG environment. MBA or equivalent, ideally within Business Management or Marketing. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Strong analytical skills, financial acumen and ability to interpret detailed data. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
