Responsibilities includes : Handle Overall Sales and Marketing responsibility for Key Utility Accounts addressing multiple Products and Projects, Align company's strategy & execute by manage culture, Develop Order Booking, Sales, Revenue and Collection budget and Responsible for achieving them, Design & execute strategy for new Market/ Segment/ Products/ Solutions etc., Experience in Order Booking/ Execution/ Customer Support, Support to Offshore Marketing team on securing contracts, Technical and commercial co-ordination Between Various stake holders, Training and Seminars, Liasoning with Regulators and Policy Makers Job Locations - Ghana Liberia Sierra Leone Burkina Faso Togo Required Candidate profile Exceptional communication skills Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner Must have experience in handling multiple Key Accounts from various geography Must have extensive experience Power Distribution/ Transmission line products, Substation ProjectsElectrification Projects, Transmission Projects etc. Must have extensive experience in with Power Distribution & Transmission Companies
