Job Description : INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER NIGERIA 10-15 years experience leading Plastic/Metal Manufacturers in West Africa. Job Responsibilities Project Management of New Products. Machines/utility maintenance, machinery movements, and machine installation. Manufacturing process study. Review production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information. Design production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste. Develop and implement process improvements and technological upgrades. Designing control systems to minimize costs and production issues. Develop design and production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel. Prepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs. Design the layout of facilities and determine personnel requirements. Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals. Manage process documentation and preparing production reports. Industrial Safety aspects in a manufacturing environment. Candidate Profile Degree in Industrial Engineering. Relevant work experience. Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards. New Project Management. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Documentation and organization skills. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
