10 yearsJob Description : WAREHOUSE AND PROCUREMENT MANAGER UAE The Warehouse & Procurement manager will be responsible for procurement functions and Fulfillment Center’s operations with the aim to provide superior customer service to all customers. You will also be responsible for development & implementation of the company’s short term & long term strategies (new business partners operations planning, warehouse and inventory management, people’s leadership, infrastructure development, budget preparation and tracking and quality assurance). Moreover you will have to ensure efficient/cost effective warehouse planning, inventory management, field execution, logistics & supply chain. “Go creative & beyond the expected” Responsibilities · Responsible to plan, organize, direct and control the complete procurement functions and coordinate the procurement activities with suppliers and maintain good relationships with them · Responsible to ensures an efficient warehousing, trade execution and collection at the fulfillment center. You also need to ensure that the company warehouses & infrastructure meets the company’s short and long term business needs · Oversee the supply and demand function including demand planning, ordering and capacity management. · Create sustainable supply and demand systems and processes to optimize operations in partnership with technical and product teams · Reduce operational defects and improve systems to streamline operations between suppliers and Grocart · Responsible for providing superior customer service through efficient processing of customer orders and timely delivery against orders through shift management. · Responsible for deployment of operations and logistics plan. You will help implement company SOPs (add safety) in your Fulfillment center. · Is the custodian of inventory and is responsible for inventory record accuracy · Work with internal teams to help drive tools and process improvements that affect purchasing and category management workflow, with emphasis on automating tasks for best results · Supports all customers to resolve their concerns and executes company distribution strategies to support Growth team in selling volume at lowest possible cost. · Ensure all vans depart to market as per assigned timelines to deliver timely stock to customers for maximum supply execution · Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security · Prepare annual budget · Guide supply team to ensure all collections (cash/cheques) will be verified before depositing to bank · Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees Requirements · Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. · Minimum 10+ years of experience in procurement & warehousing with 1-2 years in Supervisory/Managerial role in FMCG market. · Problem solving & analytical skills. · Proficient in MS Office
