Regional Sales Manager
15 yearsJob Description : RSM GCC and AFRICA OUT OF DUBAI · Responsible for the overall operational management of sales activities, which includes implementation of sales concept, pricing, minimum margin guidelines for customers covering Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific incl. China · Develop and implement regional / global segment strategy · Ensure Market Segment Regional Sales targets and growth objectives are achieved. · Report monthly status of the Market Segment. · Responsible for the achievement of Market Segement budget and business plan and safeguard an efficient Market Segment regional organisation and structure. · Utilise your leadership skills by managing, coaching and developing a regional sales team plus providing guidance and support in achieving business targets and objectives · Support the various Clariant Excellence initiatives within the Business Unit to ensure Clariant Excellence Performance targets are met. · Responsible for conducting frequent customer meetings. · Implement & execute go-to-market strategies for new products in the region. · Develop and implement (new) sales concepts: direct customer interaction and introduction of new sales channels. Requirements · A degree in chemistry / chemical engineering / engineering technology (PhD or a MBA would be advantageous). · Several years experience in sales & marketing or technical sales including management of a sales team.
