Job Description : SUPPLY LOGISTICS MANAGER NIGERIA Location: Ogun State Salary: Negotiable a leading Multinational FMCG/Food company, are looking to attract an experienced Logistics Professional to handle storage, 3PL and direct distribution across Nigeria. Purpose of role You are responsible for organizing the storage and distribution of goods and also ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost. You would also be involved in transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods. Responsibilities Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives. Plan and implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements and monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements. Supervise the work of logistics specialists, planners, or schedulers and resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues. Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or mixes, or carriers. Qualifications & Skills A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Transport or related discipline with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in a similar role PARTICULARLY in the FMCG industry Good communication, interpersonal, numerical skills and a high level of computer literacy Ability to lead by collaboration, strong leadership skills and ability to influence people SAP or similar ERP experience Proficient in MS Office package with advance excel & ppt presentation Good statistical and analytical skills
