Group Financial Controller

Job Description : GROUP FC THAILAND Reporting directly to the senior manager, you will be in charge of consolidation report of all the entities. The company provides basic salary, fixed bonus and provident fund. Key Responsibilities: · Oversee and responsible for the monthly, quarterly and year-end group consolidation reporting and process · Review and interpret all financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations to ensure the company’s compliance · In charge of inter-company transactions and reconciliation · Coordinate with group and company’s accounting team for all financial and accounting requirements · Develop and implement best practice processes and systems across the business · Provide technical accounting support to business operation and activities · Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures · Assist with implementing corporate policy · Support on a variety of ad hoc projects as required · Work in dynamic environment to achieve target as a team To succeed in this role, you must have strong skill in consolidation. Key Requirements: · Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting · Minimum 8 years of experience in auditing / accounting, CPA is advantage · Strong background in GL and consolidation experience with a mid to large enterprise accounting system · Experience in retail business, FMCG, or multinational company would be a plus · Be able to work under pressure, tight timeline and diversity of people · Ability to manage people, and stakeholders regarding cross-functional work · Effective oral and written communication skills · Good attitude and resilient
