Commercial Head

Job Description : COMMERCIAL HEAD THAILAND FOR SHIPPING LINE In this business critical role, you will be responsible for sales activities and keep good relationship with customers and manages team and handle import (all brands), VAS product, project cargo and Laos business. Key Responsibilities · To promote and develop commercial opportunities · Lead sales team and establish team objectives and working principles (customer base is developed and enriched by team · Motivate team to achieve the budget set up by management/ HO and ARO · Ensure that team members deliver and strive to exceed the sales action planning objectives and work as a team · Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise within authority level · Take direction from Manager and implement initiatives to team members · Motivate and inspire team members to perform · Provide guidance and support to team members · Maintain direct customer contacts · Handle special customer requests when required · Ensure consistent delivery of high level of customer service · Ensure effective communications with customers · Ensure effective communications with trade or line management (head office or Asia Regional office) · Ensure open communication in own team and other internal parties · Encourage team spirit within team and other internal parties · Distribute reports from performance management to team members · Distribute information/materials to team members · Ensure all targets are achieved and take appropriate action when necessary · Increase productivity and activity for VAS, project and also Laos business To succeed in this role, you must have good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC prefer 750+) Key Requirements: · Minimum 10 years working experience in management level · Bachelor Degree / University graduated · Excellent presentation skills · Knowledge shipping / forwarding industry · Good interpersonal communication · Assertive and tactful · Highly motivated, result oriented · Strong leadership skills
