Job Description : Chief Executive officer (CEO) - Global Formulations Business INDIA We are looking for an Experienced Chief Executive Officer who would be responsible for leading the overall Business & Strategy of the Formulations Business of Company. The Role would be Crucial to the Success of the Organisation .The Incumbent would be giving all the Strategic Directions to the Team Across the Whole Company. An ideal Candidate Should be a Great Motivator & a Great People Leader Should be an Out of Box Thinker & Could think Big & See a Big Picture. Key Responsibilities: • Develop High-Quality Business Strategies & Plans • Ensure Strategy Alignment & Make High-Quality Investment Decisions • Encourage Employee Engagement- Building a Stronger Work Place • Oversee All Operations & Business Activities of the Organisation • Enforce Adherence to legal Guidelines & Business Ethics • Review financial & Non-financial reports • Build Trusting Relations with key Partners & Stakeholders • Train, Motivate & lead High Preforming teams Qualification & Experience: • Well Qualified Professionals from Reputed Institutes with a proven track record at leadership level with about 25 years of experience out of which at least 5-7 years in leading & Managing Formulation Business in any Pharmaceutical Organisation.
