12 yearsJob Description : HEAD OF FINANCIAL OPERATIONS UAE Finance Manager Job Duties: · Oversee Financial & Accounting functions, system controls, & standards used by the companies and entities · Has knowledge day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, payment & other transactions by implementing cutting edge digital transformation & benchmark best practices. · Ensuring that all accounting functions are accurately & effectively fulfilled by requesting from entities to get budgets, forecasts, & other financial projections. · Prepare variance analysis and recommendations on monthly financial figures from entities compared to budget & last year and issue reports as required by the chairman office. · Provide excellent control of corporate finance, measured by the effectiveness, engagement, & judgement analysis of the team. · Coordinate with tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial assistance as necessary for the entities. · Supervise & report to the chairman all Financial statement projection, analysis of financial viability of new investments, & budget follow-up. · To Minimize financial risk to the entities & Organize internal &external reporting & make constructive proposals to the chairman. · Provide insightful information & expectations to managers to aid in long-term and short-term decision making & red flag raising. · Collect financial reports & analyze them & present them to the chairman. · Stay up to date with technological advances and ERP to be used for financial purposes & recommend to implement the same. · Establish & maintain financial policies & procedures for the entities. · Understand & adhere to financial regulations & legislation international & national. · Make recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance & seize business opportunities & or downsize/shutdown/sell non-performing entities. · Recommend & execute implementation of cutting edge digital financial dashboard, accessible on web & smart devices, entity wise & consolidated financial position. Skills and Qualifications: · BS/MA degree in Finance & Accounting is a must · Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA /CMA/CIMA is a must. · 12 – 15 Years’ experience in UAE and 5 years in the same role is a must. · Experience in Family office / Holding company / Multi entities is a must. · ERP experience and Implementation such as SAP/Microsoft Dynamic/Oracle is a must. · Leadership skills and experience is a must. · Solid communication skills, both written and verbal. · Deep understanding of business principles and practices. · Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners. · Excellent business analytical, and decision-making skills. · Multi-tasking abilities &High attention to detail. · Business acumen & Good negotiation skills. · Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
