International Business Manager

Job Description : Manager- International business ( SADC Region) ( Based in Mumbai) for PHARMA -Complete P&L responsibility for Southern African Region. -Complete responsibility to drive sales of allocated countries in region. ? Responsible for the end to end management & communications with Registration Agents, Distributors, Country Managers, PPPIC, logistic, finance in the allocated region. ? Sales Analysis & Stock Management along with business activities like Forecasting & analyzing Market trends. ? Responsible for preparation of Annual Budget & ensuring the adherence of the same for all allocated countries. ? Responsible for Co-ordination & Follow Up - Internally with Marketing, Accounts & Finance, Product Pricing, Production Planning & Inventory Control. Regulatory & Logistics Department. ? Drive New product launches in various countries as per the market requirement by co-ordinating with Regulatory & Marketing team. ? Identifying new molecules to be filed in the country based on the requirement and improving the product pipeline in the country. ? Driving team to convert KOLs in the region to increase business. ? Ensuring implementation of all strategies though team.
