Project Finance Head

Job Description : FO (Project Finance) Work Location – Dubai Headcount – 1 position Qualification – CA Experience Minimum 20 years PQ Developing standard SOPs and DOPs at project level in association with Internal Auditors/ Management and be responsible for strict compliance to such practices Responsible for all statutory compliances at Dubai office and India Project Active participation in negotiation with prospective sub-contractors/ Vendors/ Contractors Active participation in Project Steering Committee, the main decision-making platform for the project Analyzing the Internal Auditors’ Report and taking corrective measures as per their recommendations,Further to below, minimum 5 to 7 years of experience should be handling construction/ projects in a senior capacity.Responsible for approval of Sub Contractors/ Vendors/ Contractors invoices as per respective contracts and authorizing payments. Required to travel frequently on business trips to India.
