Job Description : MD TELECOM GHANA a leading multidisciplined contractor who has successfully been operating for more than 30 years across theTelecoms, Utilities, Highways and Civil Engineering infrastructure contracting sectors. The group has provided the strategic knowledge, project management and delivery solutions needed to help their business partners successfully grow their infrastructure footprints. Following continued contract wins across the FIbre & Telecoms sector they wish to appoint a divisional Managing Director to manage the delivery of the rollout of the United Kingdom's next generation of future proof fibre telecommunications networks. Key Responsibilities Reporting into the Chief Executive you will hold complete P&L responsibility for the division. Operationally you will ensure the profitable delivery for thedesign, build, upgrade & installation of next generation fibre networks & Telecom's networks. Work in a highly client facing role managing client relationships & directly responsible for the contracts for the installation on the ground. Achieve & maintain sector leading levels of Health & Safety, programme milestones & customer satisfaction. The Person Preferably with a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or Construction Management, MICE/MCIOB with 15 years plus experience in the delivery of Telecoms & or Fibre (FTTH) delivery with a Utilities contractor. With first class technical & commercial acumen you will be a proven leader with the gravitas to enhance delivery & promote best practice, safety, & risk management.
