Financial Operations Head 
12 yearsJob Description : HEAD OF FINANCIAL OPERATIONS UAE 12-15 years experience o Oversee Financial & Accounting functions, system controls, & standards used by the companies and entities o Has knowledge day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, payment & other transactions by implementing cutting edge digital transformation & benchmark best practices. o Ensuring that all accounting functions are accurately & effectively fulfilled by requesting from entities to get budgets, forecasts, & other financial projections. o Prepare variance analysis and recommendations on monthly financial figures from entities compared to budget & last year and issue reports as required by the chairman office. o Provide excellent control of corporate finance, measured by the effectiveness, engagement, & judgement analysis of the team. o Coordinate with tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial assistance as necessary for the entities. o Supervise & report to the chairman all financial statement projection, analysis of financial viability of new investments, & budget follow-up. o To minimize financial risk to the entities & organize internal &external reporting & make constructive proposals to the chairman. o Provide insightful information & expectations to managers to aid in long-term and short-term decision making & red flag raising. o Collect financial reports & analyze them & present them to the chairman. o Stay up to date with technological advances and ERP to be used for financial purposes & recommend to implement the same. o Establish & maintain financial policies & procedures for the entities. o Understand & adhere to financial regulations & legislation international & national. o Make recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance & seize business opportunities & or downsize/shutdown/sell non-performing entities. o Recommend & execute implementation of cutting edge digital financial dashboard, accessible on web & smart devices, entity wise & consolidated financial position. Skills and Qualifications: o BS/MA degree in Finance & Accounting is a must o Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA /CMA/CIMA is a must. o 12 – 15 Years’ experience in UAE and 5 years in the same role is a must. o Experience in Family office / Holding company / Multi entities is a must. o ERP experience and Implementation such as SAP/Microsoft Dynamic/Oracle is a must. o Leadership skills and experience is a must. o Solid communication skills, both written and verbal. o Deep understanding of business principles and practices. o Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners. o Excellent business analytical, and decision-making skills. o Multi-tasking abilities &High attention to detail. o Business acumen & Good negotiation skills. o Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
