Job Description : Contract Engineer/Contract Administrator with at least 10 years of experience. The candidate must be based in UAE or GCC countries. [The Ideal candidate is based in Dubai or willing to relocate ASAP] Requirements: 10-12 years experience of which 7 years should be in GCC Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline Must have experience working with Main Contractor on Design And Build Projects. Infrastructure exp is mandatory Must have experience in administering FIDIC Suite of Contracts. LLM (Construction Law and Arbitration) is desirable MRICS/MCIArb is desirable Rail or Metro exp is desirable Major Responsibilities: -Ensure legal compliance and Governance. -Preparation of contract documentation. -Preparation of all Service Agreement documentation. -Preparation and Management of Contracts Administration procedures. -Drafting legal letters and correspondence. -Advising C&C/JV on all legal and contractual issues. -Preparation of various reports and recommendations. -Management of Cash flow forecast. -Management of Planned Invoicing forecast.
