Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description : Senior Quantity Surveyor. UAE Requirements: • Advise on contractual matters. (Knowledge of pre and post contract administration using FIDIC) Experience in all facets of quantity surveying including cost planning, quantity take-off, preparation of bills of quantities in CESMM format etc Ensure completeness and validity of contractual requirements. Ensure prompt submittal and completeness of Payment Applications. General commercial management of sub-contractors, Audit and certify payments to Sub-Contractors. Check and record measure of work done. Prepare variations and day-works. Prepares and Monitor contracts final cost estimate (Production and agreement of final accounts). Review, negotiate and prepare claim settlements. Prepare financial statements for monthly report. Perform other duties associated with this position as may be appropriate Qualifications: With around 12-15 years of GCC experience, candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar course from a recognized university.
