Project Manager

Job Description : Manager Projects : Mumbai Experience Required 15 To 20 years / B Tech / B.E. Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Job type :- Permanent 15 + Years of proven experience in execution and project management of projects like Warehouses, Logistics transport hubs, branch offices, commercial buildings etc · Monitoring and execution of construction works within the project timelines. Responsible for contract administration, project planning, scheduling and cost control · Review and approve construction, purchase, installation and commissioning. Maintaining strict quality control procedures - regular testing of materials, visual inspections · Negotiate and finalise the contracts with various Subcontractors / Vendors Knowledge of applicable laws and standards in construction (Labour laws / municipal regulations etc) Excellent administration & execution skills. Proficiency with project management tools - MS PROJECTS and PRIMAVERA Willingness to travel to project sites at a short notice
