Country Manager

Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER IVC FOR COMMODITIES Roles and Responsibilities · Setting up of Companys operations from scratch in the country · Identify business opportunities in terms or exports as well as imports · Local market study of products imported / Exported such as volumes, competitors, exporting country, pricing, clearance cost, sales realization, packaging & warehousing · Strategize stock and sale business · Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery schedule and other terms to finalize the deal with customer · Identify key wholesaler in each region and manage good relationship with them · Analyze the profitability of each order. · Prepare the P & L statement & annual business plan for the country Desired Candidate Profile · 8+ Years of Commodities / FMCG experience in West African Francophone country · Should be conversant with importation, exportation, inventory management, documentation etc · Should have knowledge of French · Be ready to take up independent charge and lead the business from front · Should constantly focus on bottom line with clear focus on profitability from operations
