Job Description : SALES MANAGER NIGERIA Achieving set Sales targets Expands dealer/distributor network and day to day management of the same Managing local sales team to achieve set goals Credit control and collections Implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targetsin line with capacity & growth Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Daily MIS reports, sales reports and competitor analysis Ability to work with different teams with a sense of urgency, responsibility, and accountability Man management skills Good English Communication Skill He should be interactive and should maintain good inter-personal relationship with his co- employees and customer Should be able to think out of the box, innovative, and possess problem solving ability Analytical ability Commercial understanding ability and focused on growth 4-5 years ofSales Experience Preferred Sector: FMCG / Institutional Sales / Industrial Sales
