Min 15+ years of prior experience as a General Manager in the oil & gas services/trading sector. Must be a visionary, have superior knowledge of various business functions. Ability to formulate & implement strategies, budgeting, and finance skills. Strong leadership qualities, ability to drive business, generate consistent revenues, maintain excellent relationships with clients. Must have high commercial acumen, extensive knowledge of Qatar market trends. Capable of leading and developing a multicultural team.
