Job Description : Group Financial Director South Africa Johannesburg Organization within the agricultural sector is seeking a strong finance professional to work alongside the MD to lead the groups financial profile and to support & drive growth & development. International travel will be required. Educational Requirements At least 20+ years’ experience within a financial environment with preference to agri, FMCG, Manufacturing or distribution International Exposure Proven leadership Duties & Responsibilities Lead & build finance team Optimize & provide planning & leadership to accounting activities Financial reporting, analysis, drive change and profitability Monthly, quarterly & board reporting, budgets, reviews and amendments Manage procurement department, administrative and IT strategies Investment, funding, taxation, disposals and acquisitions Strategy development
