8 yearsJob Description : Finance & Administration Manager Location: Accra, Ghana Sector: Renewable Role: - Responsible for providing strategic direction in the execution of financial activities within the Ghana companies. - Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Finance and Administration functions, including planning and budgeting, and provide guidance to subordinates. - Oversee all finance and accounting functions including budgeting, asset management, payroll; management reporting, financial policies and procedures of NBD, and all other applicable laws, rules and guidelines etc. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/finance or related discipline. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance Professional accounting qualifications from ACCA, ICAG, CIMA etc Advanced financial and accounting knowledge, including in-depth understanding of finance best practices, international and Ghana financial and accounting reporting standards. Good overall knowledge of accounting operations and administration. Experience in working with auditors.
