Job Description : Talent Acquisition Head and Operations (Sr Manager) @ Gurgaon for a Start up Current Employee base - 2000+, This year target - 1000 new hires Team Size - 8-10 people MBA with 8-10 years exp having worked in a Tech environment preferably in a start up. Should have exp in hiring big numbers at a lightening pace. Role also includes HR Operations so exp of full employee life cycle from onboarding to F&F is desirable. Comp - 40 Lacs (including 15-20% PLI)
