Procurement Manager

Job Description : F&B Procurement Manager UAE Must have F&B procurement experience. A minimum of 8 years UAE based extensive and comprehensive F&B experience in a similar role, with a wide network of catering supplier relationships and contacts. A finance background or qualification would be an advantage, but not essential. Ideal candidates will possess high levels of analytical thinking and problem-solving with excellent spoken/written communication skills and a demonstrated back-ground in cost-control and/or price negotiation. Salary subject to experience + the successful candidate will receive a quarterly bonus set on KPIs of gross margin and inventory management.
