Finance Controller

Job Description : FC FIJI 15-20 years experience We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to join our accounts department. He will be responsible for preparing, reviewing and analyzing financial reports of the company. Roles and Responsibilities Oversee and manage overall accounting functions including below: 1. Managing all payables, receivables, direct & indirect tax processes & compliance, books of account till finalization. 2. Prepration of Company Budget, Cash Flow Forecast and Financial Projections. 3. Cost Control initiatives and activities. 4. Responsible for managing the organization's taxation affairs which include optimizing the organization's tax compliance through reviewing tax provisions and identifying areas of opportunities while managing tax liability. 5. Managing working capital requirement and financial planning of the organization 6. Manage Forecasting, Budgeting and Variance Analysis 7. Identifying and preparing Financial & Accounting SOPs and processes and ensuring the same are implemented to ensure that all financials are managed well to ensure data integrity. 8. Supervise the accountant and other office staffs. 9. Implementing of company accounting systems and process.
