Job Description : General Manager liaison for Leading Steel Manufacturing Company - Andhra Pradesh Liaising with local, state and central authorities like police ,ministry of forest , ministry of taxes, revenue department ,pollution control board ,headman and local villagers consultants and surveyors, director of factories, labor commissioner, deputy commissioner and other ministries/ boards as and when required. Update different compliances at district, state and central level. Responsible for lease land , negotiation, legal verification, approvals and agreements take care at panchayat/district level liaising work lease land, commercial negotiation, legal verification, respective approvals, agreements signup etc. establishment/property related compliances Making budgets and ensuring cost efficiency and reduction as per the budget. Knowledge on Acts/Rules related to Steel & Power Preferably looking for Person who has strong liaisoning Experience in region from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, & Karnataka
