Location: West / North / South Package: 50 Lacs nego Role and Accountabilities Incorporate company procedures and policies in operations of business unit. Monitor and review project activities and ensure its completion within scheduled time and budget. Manage business activities focusing on financial and strategic growth of organization. Create new marketing strategies and monitor QA and QC measures. Build strong relationship with the customers in order to maintain good revenue growth. Manage start-up costs and finances of business unit by efficient financial management. Perform review and validation of system layouts and resources. Create harmonious working environment, train and mentor staff and motivate all team members to perform efficiently Explore and analyze market trends and identify new opportunities in assigned region. Coordinate with marketing team to develop and implement operational plans for new product launches. Drive Commercial team towards the goals and budgets set up by the management. Continues market research through various tools to understand the changes taking place in the business. Development and lead the commercial team towards the achievement of desired goals. Closely work with Management for expansion of Group operations – Project analysis – feasibility survey for E2E Solutions. To build high performing and efficient organisation following appropriate corporate governance standards Drive change in the business and the industry with the aim to optimise the end-to-end processes and information flow with special focus on commercial (marketing, sales and customer service) processes Planning and implementing strategies for continues revenue. Initiating business development deals for targets. Handling Key Customer Accounts for long term business Contracts. Creating, driving and deriving the performance from various middlemen. Executing innovative ideas to utilise the full capacity of the market to meet desired targets. Appointing various vendors; selecting & appointing operations, marketing, finance & other staff. Planning and implementing strategies for continues revenue. Sourcing the cargo from the entire region; planning optimum usage of available fleet & equipment. Initiating business development deals for targets. Coordinating with corporate clients for long term MOU’s / contracts. Sourcing & compiling customer / cargo database and updating principal’s management which is the key of the business. Identifying the customer needs and fulfilling the same through providing various facilities. Creating, driving and deriving the performance from various middlemen. Executing innovative ideas to utilise the full capacity of the market to meet desired targets.
