Finance Manager

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER ADELAIDE AUSTRALIA This company are a genuine South Australian success story. Family owned and operated; they have been in existence for almost 60 years. They design and manufacture a premium product that is made in South Australia. They are on a strong growth trajectory and are looking to triple their revenue in the coming years. Based in the inner southern suburbs, this role will report to the Operations Manager and will lead the finance team in daily operations and the preparation of all commercial and management accounting information. Key responsibilities: · Direct and lead the finance team and associated functions including training and development and team building initiatives · Prepare, maintain and present management reports for the business including maintaining the product costing system and the sales reporting system · Oversee the development, implementation and preparation if the budget, forecast and cash flow projections · Cash management including oversight of debtors and creditors · Continual involvement in the assessment of and implementation of process and business improvements · Liaison with the board, external accountants and the Bank Key requirements: · CA or CPA qualification is essential · Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred · Experience in a similar role where the business has experienced steady revenue growth · Demonstrable experience in leading a team of finance professionals · A collaborative approach to leadership and stakeholder engagement Asians, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
