Merchandising Head

Job Description : Head of Merchandising, Dubai, UAE (E-commerce & Fashion Retail):- One of the regions leading & longest established retail brands who are further extending their reach in to the E-commerce market are looking for a Head of Merchandising to assist their business to its next stage of excellence. Candidates who will be selected to go through to the next stage will have worked in / managed an online business, know the science, process of planning and established merchandising process and systems. They would also have a trading mentality and can take actions at a quick pace and strong commercial acumen. Experience in working across multiple departments, such as Men's, Women's & Children would be particularly advantageous and relevant experience between 5 to 10 years is a must. They would also have been in similar leadership positions, led teams and have the ability to train, mentor where required and led cross cultural buying teams before.
