Finance Controller

Job Description : FC TOGO · Ensures business processes, administration and financial management · Managing all finance and accounts operating · Co-ordinating and directing the preparation of budget and financial forecasting · Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements · Reviewing the financial reports · Manage and comply with the local government regulations (Company laws and taxes) · Internal Audit checks · Investigates means to improve profitability · Risk assessment ,risk management and risk auditing · Assessing business needs and risks with necessary recommendations · Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents · Ensure accuracy of organizations financial results and reports · Maintain system of controls for overall transactions · Budget and MIS repor ting · Maintain cordial relationships with all stakeholders · Inventory Management · Change Management Leader · Stock Control Education and Experience:- · Chartered Accountant · Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards · 10 15 years of experience of professional finance management
