Job Description : OPERATIONS DIRECTOR THAILAND A leading sustainable solution service provider is seeking a high-calibre Operations Director (x1 vacancy) based at their operations site in Rayong to lead team and support a large, complex business unit. About the Operations Director Role: This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Operations Director reporting to CEO (Thai) to play a vital role to lead, plan, and direct all operations activities towards business objectives including revenue, costs, customer satisfaction, quality, safety & environment and sustainable development. This position has 5 direct subordinates of Division Managers, and a team of 50 staff to be managed. Key Responsibilities: · Drive business development opportunities through operational improvements and exploring new solutions to serve customer need including consolidating a solid partnership with other partners for industrial services and provide an opportunity to extend industrial services business · Lead operations team to strive and achieve safety excellence in accordance with corporate safety, customer safety regulation & regulatory compliance · Propose & implement CAPEX projects, and provide technical solutions initiative to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Services Process including developing & directing implementation of policies and procedure · Improve and sustain all procedures to ensure high – quality of services that comply with safety, quality, and environmental best practices An outstanding and progressive Operations Director is required for this rewarding role.
