Country Manager

Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER VIETNAM one of the most respected international mechanical engineering firms based in HCMC. Reporting directly to the Global CEO, this is the role for sales person who is a leader in their field. About the Country Manager Role: In this role you will be responsible for promoting the business in Vietnam. You will also take a lead providing direction to all sales and marketing - related activities. Key Responsibilities: · Is responsible for establishing and a legal representative for the company in Vietnam · To build the team across all functions accordingly · P&L owner · Work closely with the global team to build the strategy and implement it for Vietnam To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-cooperatively with senior manager, across borders and internal matrix. Key Requirements: · Preferred candidates from mechanical or industrial engineering field · Proven track record general manager with strong sales & marketing focused · Able to build, lead and grow the team · Committed and dedicated person · Entrepreneur and opportunistic mindset
