Job Description : OPERATIONS HEAD GUJRAT INDIA CTC 50+ LPA Hiring for Operations Head having expertise in Battery, EV , battery packs industry Roles and Responsibilities · Prepare a corporate plan and annual business plan and monitor progress against these plans to ensure that the Organisation attains its objectives as cost effectively and efficiently as possible. · Ensure strategic objectives shaped at the CEO and board level are translated into tactical business plans with mechanisms for key measurements in place to monitor progress. · Direct and Control the work and resources of the Organisations and ensure the recruitment of the required numbers of well-motivated, trained and developed staff to ensure that it achieves its mission and objectives · Maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key decision makers and other stake holders generally, to exchange information and views and to ensure that the Organisation is providing the appropriate range and quality of services. · Prepare and monitor the implementation of the annual budget to ensure that budget targets are met, that revenue flows are maximised and that fixed costs are minimised. · Develop and maintain an effective marketing strategy to promote the products, services of the Organisation. Desired Candidate Profile 20+ years of experience in managing operations, P&L responsibility, Strategy, Sales OR Business Development having overall responsibility of the Sales, Marketing, IT, Accounts, HR, Purchase, Legal and Secretarial functions of the organisation
