We are looking Business Development Manager who is self - driven, ambitious, energetic and a passion to succeed in the FMCG Industry Eligibility- · Candidates currently settled in UAE only need to apply. (Mandatory requirement) · Preferably- Business Management Graduates / BBA / MBA · Arabic speaking will be an added advantage · UAE Driving license will be an added advantage · Age- 30 · Minimum 2 years experience in Gulf region is mandatory and 8+ years in FMCG sales Responsibilities- 1. Distributors Management across Gulf countries 2. Distributor relationship management in assigned countries - support, monitor, set sales targets and ensure delivery of products on time 3. Setting up long term business partnerships with Channel partners 4. Extensive travel to increase primary & secondary sales 5. Listing the products with retail chains 6. Market & Value Chain Research 7. Competition Analysis 8. Stock & Inventory Control of Channel partners 9. Develop Key Accounts Strategy for assigned key accounts with distributor business partners (Modern trade traditional trade retailers) 10. Monitor and survey customer needs in terms of new or improved products and services, identifying business opportunities.
