Job Description : REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER ASIA OUT OF SINGAPORE Regional Marketing Manager to be based in Singapore to focus on brand growth within their assigned markets. The role is consultative in nature working with Business Partners to maximize market share and revenue growth. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of brand marketing in a consumer goods related industry and experience within the QSR sector will be a bonus. He or She should also be adept at influencing regional market advertising agencies in the development of creative implementations and media/promotional plans (where applicable). New market entry and brand launch experience will be advantageous. Responsibilities: · Support Business Partners in the development of key marketing strategies and to shape the marketing priorities and agenda for each market and the region. · Help Business Partners develop marketing plans/calendars and provide guidance on execution. · Influence and guide Business Partners in developing digital marketing strategies and local marketing programs to drive profitable sales and Business Partners profit goals. · Aid in the evaluation, election and management of designated Advertising Agency for country/region of oversight. This includes communication of key brand initiatives and promotions, budget oversight and relevant media planning, and ensuring access to available creative and artwork (including, but not limited to, TV, radio, print and online activity). · Drive and assist New Product Development initiatives with Business Partners to lead and engage with local consumer trends and needs where the organisation can achieve untapped sales potential. · Identify and track market/competitive trends and insights, sharing best practices across markets · Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. · Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) · Support and drive the marketing agenda for new market entry initiatives – pre-market assessment, research, sensory tests, brand launch campaigns. Be the “on-the-ground” extension of our International Marketing team. · Support Restaurant openings with field marketing activities including pre-opening marketing, grand opening action plans, and implementation of full merchandising elements and menu boards. Requirements · Working experience in a Marketing capacity for at least 12 to 15 years · Regional marketing experience in APAC region a plus · Ability to adapt processes and procedures to regional and market level demands/needs. · Strong influencer and strategic thinker, ability to command credibility and mutual respect with Business Partners and colleagues · Strong knowledge of the international franchise restaurant industry; track record in building franchisor/franchisee relationships will be advantageous · Extensive expertise in working on cross-functional teams, planning and directing marketing programs and projects. · Strong digital marketing skills. · Strong verbal communication, listening and presentation skills. · Strong quantitative and analytic skills. · Energetic and flexible. · Ability to handle highly confidential materials and information. · Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations. · Ability to oversee multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and follow through. · Self-starter, accountable, strong team player and comfortable working in a small team · Well organized and detail oriented. · New market entry and brand launch experience will be advantageous.
