10 yearsJob Description : RSM UAE for FMCG The ideal candidate should be an MBA in sales and marketing Mandatory Prior Experience: - Must have at least 5 of extensive sales experience in FMCG Preferred experience: Modern trade sales management and exposure to the Middle East would be preferred Responsibilities 1. Sales & Distribution a. Responsible for budgeted primary and secondary sales for each of the markets and brands b. Responsible for the expense budgets for each region and brand, and managing the same c. Distributor management – the first point of contact with all the country distributors. Will also be responsible for expanding distributors etc. as and when required d. Nurturing current distributor relationships and partnering them in our business aspirations 2. Planning & Budgeting a. Preparing Annual Business Plans for the markets being operated b. Working out marketing and distribution requirements and proposing the same in the business planning exercise 3. Trade marketing a. Plan the trade marketing requirements for the respective markets within the defined budgets, and liaise with India marketing team / distributor team to execute the same Qualifications · Strong Academic Pedigree: Graduate (Any), MBA in International business · Experience – 10+ years · The role of the incumbent will be to manage and grow the Middle East business for all the brands via the distributors, focusing on secondary sales development, trade marketing planning and execution, and new launches in the region.
