Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER KENYA Co. to be based at Nairobi, Kenya Mfg. Biscuit, Fruit Jams, Canned Veg, Tomato Paste & Sauces, Juices (Powdered & RTD) in food division. Education Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Tech in Food Technology. Candidates have to Planning and organizing production schedule for the month and weekly based on demand. The candidate has to review raw and packaging materials as well as resource requirements for production optimization The candidate has to plan ith supply chain on the material call-off based on the production plan. The candidate has to ensure that health and safety regulations. Candidate ensures the product recipes are followed and improved thru R&D based on market and competitor products. Candidates have to develop and follow quality control standards and ensure the team follows the set SOPs. The candidate has to plan with the supply chain on the material call-off based on the production plan. The candidate has to organize relevant training sessions with production staff. Candidates have preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all machines. Candidates have to attend and reduce downtime and breakdown maintenance. Candidate liaising with marketing and sales staff to formulate new product variants. Candidate having a minimum of to 10 years experience in the production of Fruit Jams, Canned Veg, Tomato Paste & Sauces, Juices (Powdered & RTD)
