Job Description : Director, Project Finance & Development. Location: ABUJA Sector: Power Role: Directs the business development, investment and project finance opportunities. Work with various teams to formulate and implement company's business strategy in various activities including project development; power generation and distribution; forging partnerships with other developers, private equity and lenders while utilizing emerging technologies to provide a complete power project solution. Qualifications: MBA or MSc in Finance or related field from European or North American Universities Professional Accounting certification including minimum of CFA (Investment grade certification) preferred, ICAN ACCA. Minimum 10 years in a senior financial managerial position (5 years of which must be as a Finance Director of energy or power company with diversified investment portfolios across multiple territories in and out of Africa). Global/International exposure Knowledge of fund raising, Project development, Tariff Modeling and Investment banking is desirous
