Finance Manager

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER VIETNAM KCP a leading sugar industry in Vietnam is looking Manager(Finance) with relevant qualification and minimum 20 years of experience in Accounts is essential. KCP has been a pioneer in developing the Sugar industry in Vietnam since 1990's as a supplier of sugar machinery to plants in Vietnam. Roles and Responsibilities Skills : · Leading, mentoring and coaching the Finance & Accounting Team. · Good accounting skills in Indian Accounting system · Experience or ability to develop skills in other accounting systems · Managing and taking accountability for all Taxation, Compliance and Regulatory matters and liaising with the appropriate authorities · Ability to work under pressure · Good communication and coordinating skills · Sound English writing and speaking and Telugu speaking skills. · Independent, matured and ability to manage the complex and unstructured environment · Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment · Learning capacity Desired Candidate Profile : Requirements: · The candidate should possess Graduation related to Accounts / Finance with at least 20 years of experience or PG or Higher Qualification in Accounts/Finance or equivalent professional qualification with at least 15 years of experience is must. · Should have worked for atleast 5 years of experience (or more)as HOD or Deputy.HOD of Accounts Department. · Should report to General Director · Possess skill to manage six to seven employees under him. · Strong accounting and tax knowledge Experience in Sugar Industry is preferred Experience : 15 to 20 Years and worked as Head Of Accounts /Deputy Head of Accounts Perks and Benefits Salary based on experience, merit and negotiation between both sides. Essential : · Should be free from family burdens · Carry valid passport · Good health record and required documents to obtain work permit · Should be ready to join within 45 to 60 days.
