Deputy Manager

Job Description : Deputy Manager -Production with experience in Roto Moulding for a leading Plastic Manufacturing Company NIGERIA Roto Moulding Experience is a Must. The ideal candidate should be having thorough knowledge of the rotational moulding process including secondary operations and should demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise within any production process. Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output Should be able to handle a team of 50 team members. Has the knowledge and qualifications to perform general job duties of the machine and secondary operators as needed to ensure smooth operations (covering breaks or absences) Must have a minimum of 8+ years in a manufacturing unit.
