Job Description : General Manager – Free Zone/Mainland UAE Company Set-up. For an established player in the market going through some exciting expansion. · Accountable for developing and executing the overall business development and marketing strategy · Accountability for the P&L and responsible for the market penetration and profitable growth · responsible for building and executing the entity strategy to position the entity competitively in the market · growing brand awareness and customer loyalty · Planning, guiding and monitoring across all functions to ensure delivery and execution of short, medium and long term objectives · Major functions include Sales, Customer Service and Operations, and overseeing Marketing and Finance functions. There are Dept Heads managing or supervising those individual teams. · Must have led a team before and possess demonstrable team management experience · Should have experience of working in a fast paced, KPI and target driven environment · Non negotiable - 5+ yrs experience in business setup/company formation and 20+ years overall experience
