Job Description : GROUP HEAD HR UAE Should have regional experience with employment law in all or most GCC countries · Must have experience using cutting-edge HR systems and tools. · Should use the latest management frameworks similar to silicon valley companies and latest HR software tools. · Should have experience building performance management systems · Should have experience building onboarding systems to quickly onboard team members and ensure their success in the organization · Ideally should have experience working with a high growth startup · Should have experience hiring and managing recruitment staff This role would basically be in charge of making sure the entire staff is properly onboarded, is performing well and growing at work, has clarity about their job, and is happy.
