Job Description : HEAD OF ECOMMERCE DIVISION UAE Head of E-Commerce Division will be responsible for growth of Company's E-commerce business (B2C) and another Company’s online vertical (B2B). Head of E-commerce will be managing the team of E-Commerce division, responsible for digital and operational innovations, maximizing sales, brand awareness, digital strategy building and monitor execution of all digital campaigns, optimizing operations of the division. · Digital Marketing Background · E-commerce development experience (Beauty, fragrances preferably) · Business development plans preparations and monitoring their execution. · Digital Marketing budgets forecasts and monitoring. · Researching on and Implementing digital innovations · Building and implementing business development strategy in all areas of e-commerce business (operational, digital, qualitative and quantitative growth). · Reviewing and Monitoring campaigns performance with in-house team, and monitoring team’s performance: web developer, digital marketing manager SEO/Google, Social media manager. · Defining KPIs for the team members and follow through their execution. · E-Commerce budgets, P & L forecasting and strategies to achieve. · Working together with creative team: brand manager, graphic designer, content and customer service manager. · Working together with marketing manager in relation to online boutique PR. · Working together with brand manager in relation to brand acquisition, branding, products and brands. · Working together with logistics department · Optimizing orders delivery processes and entire operational part of E-commerce. · Developing other company’s online verticals (B2B business). · Excellent analytical skills. · Knowledge of digital marketing strategies. · Knowledge and experience in E-commerce analytical tools · Team management skills. · E-Commerce business development and management experience min 8 years. · Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment · Skills to make things done. Attention for details. · English: Excellent written and spoken required. · Arabic: Highly preferable but not essential. Reports to Managing Director of the Company.
