Job Description : REGIONAL PROJECT HEAD UAE (Infra, Water etc.) Required Experience : Min. 15+ years Qualification Criteria : BE/B. Tech (Civil) Job Description:- .Overseeing of all activities necessary for the execution of several ongoing & new Projects ·Preparing Monthly Turnover Projection ·Acting point of contact person regarding project for all coordination’s ·Hands on experience on project execution, supervision and within the given budget of time, cost and quality ·Attending weekly site meeting with consultants and sub – contractors for progress updates, follow up with submittals, approvals etc. ·Adapt in QA / QC process using standard codes & practices ·Able to carry out all site and laboratory test to ensure best quality of the project ·Efficient in preparation & verification of all RA and final Bills including analysis of extra item and other claims raised by the contractor ·Capable of ensuring on labor compliances, statutory requirements and local by laws for smooth execution supervision and handing over of the projects. ·Should be able to schedule the project within given time frame and track the progress of the project as per agreed time schedule ·Capable of formulating safety and security guidelines for safe execution of work ·Conduct periodic meetings to address any concerns and check progress ·Communicate Project Status and update project reviews to the head of the management team ·Providing support in all technical and management aspects to the Contracting concern
