Job Description : BRANCH MANAGER GHANA This profile Has to Manage Logistics/Warehouse Management, Dispatches, Customer Balances, Stock & Cash. Principal Responsibility :- Plan and Supervise the workflow in Warehouse. Maintain and manage inventories. Handle and execute local/export shipping operations. Handling the logistics of outbound goods. Tracking and uploading of PODs of goods. All Export Deliveries with documentation preparation. Implement safety procedures and standards in all warehouse operations. Assist and coordinate with sales and marketing teams. Maintain and manage customer balances/receivables. Take care of Customer Reconciliation. Handling cash in co-ordination with the cashier. Periodic cash & stock verification. Credit limit is checked before issuance on stocks, strictly through system invoices. Approved Price uploads in system, No manual changes during Invoice generation. Monthly Reports on Discount if any offered, Debtors ageing Report-to ensure perfect matching, Details of pending Transport Invoices (Carriage outwards) Customer wise WHT (3%), VAT (7%) certificates pending, Zero % Manual waybill/invoice. • Knowledge :- Graduate in any discipline (preferably commerce). • Experience :- Hand-On experience of 10 to 12 years working experience. Working experience in Africa will be an added advantage. •
