Our client now seeks to recruit a dynamic Chief Executive Officer with the key objectives to: - Act as the Managing Director - Corporate Operations and be the core link between all vertical divisions of the group, its subsidiaries and related companies. - Lead the development, evaluation and execution of the Group’s Business Strategy to increase shareholder value including Vision, Mission and Strategic Planning. - Ensure Corporate Governance, organisational performance evaluation and legal compliance meets regulatory and board requirements.
