General Manager Finance

Job Description : GM FINANCE NIGERIA Responsibility Complete management of accounts, finance, taxation and secretarial matters of the company. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual accounts and MIS reports as may be required. Familiarity with various costing methods and and applications in the business. Coordination with banks, Financial institutions, Auditors, Tax and secretarial consultants etc. Handling of all legal matters in liasion with lawyers and consultants. Reasoanble working knowledge of import and exports documentation. Inventory and stores management. Dealing with various Govt departments, agencies and consultants. Desired Profile Final CA/ ICWA with Minimum 15 years' post qualification in the field of accounting, finance ,banking, taxation and secretarial. Knowledge of MS office (word, Excel) etc. Tally is compulsory. Knowledge of ERP is preferred.
