Sales Manager

Job Description : SALES MANAGER - PROJECT MANAGER SERVICES DIVISION The job holder is responsible to achieve the sales target agreed in the yearly budget by building excellent relationships with customers and principals, and supervise soles staff to fulfill this goal. Responsibilities: • Furnish our principals, during bidding technical & commercial stages, with high intelligent information to maximize winning orders. • Obtain insight information from clients and end-users about all ongoing and future projects available for the market and make it useful to our principals. • Contact all local and overseas contractors to make sure they do invite our principals & solicit offers from them. • Provide excellent support (technically and commercially) to our principals in order to secure jobs for bidding projects, and thereafter timely delivery in order to justify our commission fee for each job • Supervise commissioning and start-up activities for delivered packages to obtain end users' full satisfaction and cement our relationship for the future. Knowledge and Skills: • Business Background requirement; -Engineering Bsc. holder as a minimum, preferably Mechanical or Process Engineer. • 10 years working experience as minimum mainly in oil/gas industry -High level of connections with local customers and end-users -Extensive experience in engineering projects methodology. • Ability to work in an efficient way under high pressure and punctually execute duties -Sales target driven and self-motivation -Conduct presentations et a good level -MS Office software knowledge and familiar with engineering drawings and AutoCAD -Fluent in English.
